The Acting Competitions Director of the Uganda FA, Decolas Kiiza, has clarified that FIFA cleared striker Emmanuel Okwi to join Tanzanian league champs Young Africans FC.
“Yes we wrote to FIFA and they said the player was free to transfer,” Kiiza told MTNFootball.com.
